Where is Lodge Between the Lakes located?
Lodge Between the Lakes is nestled on 30+ acres in the Ozark Mountains near Mountain Home, Arkansas, perfectly positioned between Norfork Lake and Bull Shoals Lake with easy access to the White and Buffalo Rivers. The Lodge is located on a paved road.
What is Grandpas Barn?
Grandpas Barn is our wedding and events venue, featuring a heated and cooled pickleball court, lounge space, and gathering areas — ideal for play, events, and relaxing with friends and family.
Is the property private?
Yes. The Lodge and Barn sit on over 30 private acres, offering seclusion, quiet surroundings, and the feel of a true countryside escape.

How close are you to the lakes?
Both Bull Shoals Lake and Norfork Lake are just minutes away, with easy access to boating, fishing, and swimming — about 11 miles to Lakeview Cove Marina on Bull Shoals Lake, or 12 miles to the Cranfield public-use area on Norfork Lake.
How far is the Lodge from town?
Mountain Home is about 4.5 miles away — close enough for groceries, dining, and a Walmart Supercenter, far enough to feel like a private getaway.

How many people can the Lodge sleep?
The Lodge comfortably sleeps 20 guests, making it a great fit for families, couples’ retreats, or group getaways.
How many bedrooms and bathrooms are there?
6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms across nearly 6,000 square feet, with 16 total beds — a mix of King, Queen, and twin setups for flexible, private sleeping arrangements.
Grandpas Barn & Pickleball
Is pickleball included with a Lodge stay?
Yes, use of the pickleball court is included for Lodge guests.
Do you provide pickleball equipment?
We provide paddles and balls, but you’re welcome to bring your own.
Is Grandpas Barn only for pickleball?
No. In addition to the indoor court, Grandpas Barn is a flexible event space that can host weddings, receptions, family reunions, corporate retreats, birthdays, and anniversaries, with seating for up to 150. Please inquire for details and approval.

Is there outdoor seating and dining?
Yes — picnic tables and seating near the Lodge, plus a covered, screened porch for a more sheltered option.
Is there parking for boats and trailers?
Yes, there's ample parking for boats, trailers, and multiple vehicles. The driveway is paved; the parking area and driveway to the Barn are gravel.
What is there to do nearby?
Boating and fishing on Bull Shoals and Norfork Lakes, hiking in the Ozarks, float trips and trout fishing on the White and Buffalo Rivers, and browsing local wineries, breweries, and small-town shops in Mountain Home.
Booking & Policies
What is your minimum stay?
Three nights minimum; holidays and peak season may require four.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, with approval and a pet fee.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
No, not inside the Lodge or Barn.
Do you allow events or parties at the Lodge?
We allow small, approved gatherings and retreats — large parties or loud events aren't permitted. Grandpas Barn is the right venue for a bigger event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations follow the policy outlined at booking — check your reservation confirmation for details. Barn reservations must be made directly with us; Lodge stays can be booked directly, on Airbnb, or on VRBO.
